Issues We Face

We all have struggles in our day-to-day lives and can sometimes forget that there are those who struggle to a much greater degree. We can get wrapped up in our own lives and forget that there truly are people dying as a result of poverty and related issues such as homelessness and hunger.

Sometimes, we can all feel overwhelmed by a problem which affects so much of the world and the people in our country. Sometimes we feel that our contribution will not be enough to finally put an end to an all-encompassing issue like poverty.

Over 1 billion people around the world live in extreme poverty, which is classified as living on less than $1 USD per day, and 2.8 billion people on the planet live on less than $2 day. That is almost 50% of the world’s population that lives in poverty.

With your assistance, strength, knowledge, and suggestions, we at No More Poverty (NMP) can achieve our goal of ending poverty across the globe.

NMP and its founders, Julian Omidi and Michael Omidi, believe that with your help, the end to poverty is in sight. When people across the globe canwork together to help each other there is no end to what we can achieve.
